I do not think it is just your tiredness, i have been feeling some muscle tiredness and cramping/spasm since on Forteo especially in my legs. I'll let you know if it goes away. Walking seems to help it a bit. i have only been on it for 2 weeks so I'll see if it goes away by a month. Thanks for letting me know how you felt, not too many people are on it. Phylly
